After 25 years of culinary experience, Jeff Allen, owner and head-chef is very proud to bring Flavor for Madison into the heart of downtown Madison, Connecticut.
     Flavor for Madison is a fresh fusion eatery with an extensive menu that was inspired by Jeff's own personal experience cooking in different cultures around the world. For example, the authentic Indian Chai is made using a traditional recipe that dates back a thousand years! Flavor for Madison was designed to bring together the best ingredients possible, that are locally produced, into a healthy alternative for breakfast, lunch, and everything in between.

Our Promise to the Community:
  1. To always seek local, fresh, and natural products.
  2. Only use produce thoroughly inspected by the chef.
  3. Use only Grade A, hormone-free chicken.
  4. Homemade Soup has No Preservatives, No Bouillon, No MSG.
  5. Grind our own locally imported gourmet coffee. 
  6. Provide fresh bagels and bread that are delivered daily from a bakery in New York.
  7. We are vegan and lacto ovarian friendly.
  8. To use real Cabot butter for everything (no shortcuts!)
  9. We also carry rennet-free cheese upon request.
  10. Use only free-range eggs for everything.
  11. All salad dressings are made with gold extra virgin olive oil.
